Where your order ships from
Orders are shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse in China to your address. Your package travels internationally and may pass through customs in your country.
Free shipping worldwide
Shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to. There are no shipping charges at checkout.
Delivery times

The same delivery estimate applies to all countries we ship to. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs inspections, carrier delays or events outside our control.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Taxes and import duties
Import duties, taxes and fees charged by the destination country, if any, are collected by the local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility. They are not included in our prices or collected at checkout. If you have questions before ordering, email us.
Where we ship
We ship to every country available at checkout, with free shipping and the same delivery estimate. At the moment, we do not ship to Brazil.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible: we can update the address only before the order ships.
Damaged, missing or lost packages
- Damaged or wrong item: tell us within 7 days after delivery.
- Package not received: tell us within 30 days after the end of the estimated delivery window.
