1. Who we are

This online store is operated under the brand VELMONT by IG COMPANY STORE DIGITAL LLC, a limited liability company based at 1160 Heron Sound Dr, Apopka, FL 32703, United States ("VELMONT," "we," "us" or "our"). You can reach us at support@velmontclock.com.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and to every purchase you make from it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which are part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or use the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give us accurate, current and complete information when you order.

3. Products and descriptions

VELMONT products are sold under our own brand and are manufactured for us by our supplier. We work to show products, colors and details as accurately as possible, but colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. Product sizes, materials and water resistance ratings are listed on each product page.

4. Prices and currency

  • Prices are shown on each product page and in your cart. Prices may be displayed in your local currency where available; you'll be charged in the currency shown at checkout. If your card is in a different currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees.
  • Shipping is free on every order to every country we ship to.
  • Import duties, taxes and fees charged by the destination country, if any, are collected by the local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility. They are not included in our prices or collected at checkout.
  • At the moment, we do not ship to Brazil.
  • If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before it ships. We'll tell you by email.

5. Orders and payment

  • Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item becomes unavailable, a pricing error occurs or we suspect fraud). If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.
  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including card and PayPal. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure, SSL-encrypted checkout; we don't store your full card details.

6. Shipping and delivery

Orders ship directly from our supplier's warehouse in China. Processing takes 1–3 business days and transit takes 7–15 business days after shipment. Full details are in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

7. Returns, refunds and warranty

You can return eligible items within 30 days after delivery, with free return shipping, for an exchange or a refund. Products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Full details, exceptions and how to start a return are in our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Your account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us right away at support@velmontclock.com if you think your account has been used without permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, to submit false orders or information, or to copy or reuse our content without permission.

10. Intellectual property

The VELMONT name, logo, website design, texts and original images belong to IG COMPANY STORE DIGITAL LLC unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Third-party services and links

The website runs on Shopify and uses third-party payment and shipping providers. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we aren't responsible for their content or practices.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Except as stated in our Refund & Return Policy and warranty, the website and products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live that can't be waived by contract.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This doesn't remove any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you in your country of residence.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its "Last updated" date, applies to orders placed after that date.
